FREE 48HR Delivery Service 

Orders placed using the Free 48 Hour Delivery Service will normally be shipped within 1 working day and  will normally be with you within 3 days of purchase. If you requested additional software or upgrades on your system this will add further time to the delivery. 

Free Collection

Items will normally be ready for collection next day, you will recieve a confirmation email to confirm item has been processed.  If you requested additional software or upgrades on your system this will add further time to the collection, so please wait until we contact you for collection. 


Standard Delivery Transit Time

We aim to deliver orders placed with standard delivery within 2-3 working days from the placement of your order. We use APC and Royal Mail to deliver our standard service parcels. 

Order Cut Off- If your order comes in after 2pm on a work day or at a weekend, it will not be processed until the following day so please allow an additional day for us to get the item to you.

Signatures
Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item

If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.

Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.

What to do if I want to return an item?

We will then issue you the information to complete your return.  If its less than 28 days and you have simply changed your mind then please email us and then arrange recorded delivery to the address above for a full refund.  As long as the item is an unused state in original packaging to the following address:

Returns will be at the customers own cost. However for products with a manufacturing fault, we will arrange pick up for you. 

 

How long have I got to return an item?

We will then issue you the information to complete your return.

 

 To clarify if the item has a fault, we will pay shipping, if you simply wish to return the item within 28 days for a refund, then you will pay shipping fee.

Equipment Grades – Each item sold on our site will have a grading, this will explain how it works.

Grade A Items - Grade A is normally reserved for ‘open-box’ devices or New. The item is in visibly flawless condition, with no scuffs, scratches or marks on the outer casing. It will come in its original box and (most likely) with all of its original accessories. This is as close as you can get to buying brand new, and the cost will reflect that.

Grade B Items - Grade B are visibly used, but any damage is purely cosmetic, we class this item as Refurbished. This might equate to minor scratches, but nothing that’s noticeable during normal everyday use. This item could have been repaired or had parts replaced. For example A laptop might not come with its original box or charger, but it should still come with a compatible charger.

Grade C Items - Grade C, wear will be heavier than a Grade B unit and there may even be visible dents and scratches, but the item will still be in full working order. You probably won’t get it in the original box, and it possibly won't have its accompanying accessories, but it should still come with a compatible charger, depending on the retailer.

Grade D Items – Grade D, we class as parts or not working, these are usually broken or damaged and useful only as spare parts for another system, items like this could be repaired possibly but we have decided the repair is not economically viable.
