Shipping

We have 2 Shipping options they are a Free Collection or Free 48Hour Delivery Service  provided by APC or Royal Mail (for larger items)

FREE 48HR Delivery Service 

Orders placed using the Free 48 Hour Delivery Service will normally be shipped within 1 working day and  will normally be with you within 3 days of purchase. If you requested additional software or upgrades on your system this will add further time to the delivery. 

Free Collection 

Our Address is 5-6 Whittonditch works, Ramsbury, Wiltshire, SN8 2XB. Items will normally be ready for collection next day, you will recieve a confirmation email to confirm item has been processed.  If you requested additional software or upgrades on your system this will add further time to the collection, so please wait until we contact you for collection. 


Standard Delivery Transit Time

We aim to deliver orders placed with standard delivery within 2-3 working days from the placement of your order. We use APC and Royal Mail to deliver our standard service parcels. 

Order Cut Off- If your order comes in after 2pm on a work day or at a weekend, it will not be processed until the following day so please allow an additional day for us to get the item to you.

Signatures
Please note that a signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. It is the customers responsibility to have someone home to sign for their item

If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow instructions on this card). Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour – you will be advised of this on the calling card. After three failed delivery attempts the item will be returned to us and we’ll get in touch to discuss the next steps.

Occasionally, things can go wrong and delivery periods may be extended for reasons beyond our control and we apologise if your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected. In the event of extreme weather conditions for example, we will update this page with the latest updates.
